Before You Enroll
When does the next program start?
Our next comprehensive intake opens in September 2025. We're currently taking expressions of interest and answering questions from prospective participants.
What if I'm not sure this is right for me?
That's exactly why we encourage you to reach out. We'd rather have an honest conversation now than have you enroll in something that doesn't fit your goals or situation.
Can I speak with someone before deciding?
Absolutely. Call us during business hours or request a callback in your message. We set aside time specifically for these exploratory conversations.
During Your Program
Who do I contact for technical problems?
Use the same contact methods but specify it's a technical issue. We'll route it to the right team member who can actually solve the problem.
What if I need to pause my learning?
Life happens. Get in touch as soon as you know you need a break and we'll work out the details together. The earlier we know, the more options we have.
Can I schedule one-on-one guidance?
Yes, though availability depends on current demand. Mention in your message what you're struggling with so we can match you with the right person.
After Completion
Do you provide ongoing support after the program?
For the first six months after completion, yes. After that, we offer alumni check-ins and occasional refresher sessions as your situation evolves.
Can I access updated materials later?
When we make significant curriculum updates, we notify alumni. Major revisions come with a reasonable update fee—we're transparent about that upfront.
What if I want to refer someone?
Just have them mention your name when they get in touch. We don't do referral bonuses because we find they create the wrong incentives, but we appreciate word-of-mouth recommendations.
