Income Optimisation Learning Program

Practical strategies for building sustainable financial systems that actually work for your life

Most people approach income like it's fixed. We'll show you how to think about money flows differently—and it's less about hustling harder, more about spotting opportunities you've been walking past.

Four Phases That Build On Each Other

We've run this program since 2022, tweaking it each time based on what participants actually struggle with. Some breeze through certain sections, others need more time—that's normal. Starting September 2025.

  • Foundation Audit Week one is about seeing where your money actually goes. Not budgeting in the traditional sense—more like finding the leaks you didn't know existed. People often discover recurring charges they forgot about years ago.
  • Income Stream Mapping This is where things get interesting. We map your skills against market opportunities. Could be consulting, digital products, rental income, whatever fits your situation. No cookie-cutter approaches here.
  • Implementation Strategy Theory's nice, but execution matters more. You'll build your first secondary income channel during this phase. Small scale, manageable, tested before you scale up.
  • Systems & Scaling Once something works, how do you make it reliable? We cover automation, time management, and honestly knowing when to stop tinkering and let systems run.

How Mentorship Actually Works

You're not getting generic advice from someone reading a script. Our mentors have been through this themselves—built income streams, made mistakes, figured out what works.

Small Group Sessions

Six people maximum per mentor. Meets weekly for 90 minutes. You'll get to know your group pretty well—they often become your accountability partners after the program ends.

  • Direct feedback on your specific situation
  • Watch others solve similar problems
  • Build connections with people at your stage

Individual Check-ins

Once a month, just you and your mentor for 45 minutes. This is where you dig into things that don't fit group discussion—personal finances, career pivots, specific challenges.

  • Personalised strategy adjustments
  • Confidential space for tough questions
  • Progress tracking and course corrections
